Kona Integration Utility

Use this utility to set up integration with Kona Business.

This enables the Collaboration tab in the Projects and Opportunities hubs. On this tab, you can start a conversation related to a project or opportunity.

  • Set Up Integration with Kona Business
    To implement Kona integration with DPS, obtain your Kona Business client ID and client secret and enter them on the Kona form in Integrations (Utilities > Integrations > Kona). This allows you to share and collaborate on opportunity and project information in the Opportunities and Projects hubs.

    Use the Kona form to set up the integration with Kona Business. This enables the Collaboration tab in the Projects and Opportunities hubs, where you can start a conversation related to a project or opportunity record.
