Project Reports
Use the project reports to review and analyze data related to your company's projects. The reports offer extensive options for filtering the data and for controlling the level of detail.

For several project reports, you can select columns that display the percent complete reported. Those percentages are calculated based on budget amounts. If the required budget amounts do not exist, the percentage may be 0. - Sorting and Grouping Data on
Project Reports
Project reports provide better analysis if you use the Sorting/Grouping tab to organize the data appropriately. - Budget Worksheet
The Budget Worksheet report displays the labor and expense budget information that you established for the Project Budget Worksheet. - Consultant Ledger
The Consultant Ledger report displays information about consultant invoices related to projects. - Contract Management
Use the Contract Management report to review the contract information in the Projects hub. You can filter for contracts that fall on a particular request date, on an approved date, or within a period range. You can group by contract number and then show all projects that have been assigned that contract number, or group by project and list the contracts assigned. Other groupings are also available. - CRM
Project Summary
The CRM Project Summary report displays data for all project-related fields in the Projects hub. The report can include user-defined fields. The data is grouped into default sections, and you can also create user-defined sections. - Expense Detail
The Expense Detail report displays transaction detail for the expenses associated with a project, phase, or task. - Expense Summary
Use the Expense Summary report to compare actual amounts to budgeted amounts, by account. This report displays a subset of expense data from the Project Summary report, grouped by account number within each work breakdown structure level. - Labor Detail
The Labor Detail report displays labor information for each employee, labor code, task, phase, and project. That information includes the regular, overtime, and total number of hours and amounts. - Labor Summary
Use the Labor Summary report to compare actual amounts to budget amounts, by labor code. This report displays a subset of labor data from the Project Summary report, grouped by labor code within each work breakdown structure level. - Office Earnings
Use the Office Earnings report for a high-level summary of financial activity for revenue-producing projects. The report includes current, year-to-date, and job-to-date totals for revenue, spent, and profit or loss. It also displays key job-to-date totals, including totals for revenue, billing, and accounts receivable. - Project Audit
The Project Audit report shows the user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Projects hub. If a project record is deleted, the name of the project is blank wherever that project is listed on the report. - Project Audit Detail
The Project Audit Detail report shows original and new column values for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Projects hub. If a project record is deleted, the name of the project is blank wherever that project is listed on the report. - Project Detail

The Project Progress report enables you to compare labor and expense budgets with actual performance and shows you where to take action to avoid overruns. You can generate this report in many different ways. The Project Summary report compares job-to-date expenditures to budgeted amounts. For each regular, revenue-producing project, you see total labor, overhead, total direct expenses, and total reimbursable expenses, compared to the project's budget. - Project Template Audit
