Printing Final Invoices

When you click OK to accept the invoice from the Invoice Accept dialog, DPS prints it or displays it.

• If you do not select Preview Printed Invoice on the Billing Session Options form, DPS automatically prints the invoice when you click OK on the Invoice Accept form. This is the most common option.
• If you select Preview Printed Invoice on the Billing Session Options form, DPS displays the invoice on your screen when you click OK on the Invoice Accept form.
