Transaction Options for Interactive Billing

The Labor, Expenses, and Units tabs of the Interactive Billing form list all DPS labor, expense, and unit transactions. On these tabs you can view transaction detail, mark transactions to be billed or held, or delete, insert, modify, transfer, or write off transactions.

If you selected a project with multiple WBS levels on the Phase/Task lookup, all detail for lower WBS levels display in the grid on the Labor, Expenses, or Units tab.

You can change a billing rate at any time in a billing rate table, in Billing Table Setup. The rate automatically updates in the Rate field in Interactive Billing but not for project reports at billing.
