Budget Summary Dialog Box

After you enter a project budget, DPS calculates budget summary information and displays it on the Budget Summary dialog box.

If you use multiple currencies, the currency for the amounts on this dialog box is based on the setting for the Use Billing Currency not Project Currency option in Settings > Accounting > Labor Options:

• If this option is selected in Settings, the amounts are based on the project's billing currency and you can edit the fields.
• If this option is cleared in Settings, the amounts are based on the project currency and you cannot edit the fields.
