Display the Update Overall Percent Completes Dialog Box

Display the dialog box from the toolbar of the Revenue Generation form.

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Accounting > Revenue Generation.
  2. On the Revenue Generation form, select the projects with data that you want to update.
  3. On the Revenue Generation toolbar, click Update % and select one of the following:
    • Show Budget At Cost: This displays each project's budget numbers at cost rates.
    • Show Budget At Billing: This displays each project's budget numbers at billing rates.
