Update Overall Percent Completes Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to update projects and their WBS levels for any revenue method that uses percent complete data. The amounts in this dialog box come from the Project Budget Worksheet and include project data for budgeted and spent amounts at cost rates or at billing rates.

Before you open this dialog box, select the projects whose percent complete data you want to update. The dialog box displays project and budget data for each of the projects that you selected at the lowest level of the project's work breakdown structure.

If the Project Budget Worksheet setting allows you to access this data, you can update overall, labor, and expense percent complete amounts. For regular projects, you can also update compensation, fee, and reimbursable allowance amounts.

This dialog box displays only the overall, labor, and expense percent complete fields. It is not applicable to percent completes when you are tracking the project's budget on the detail grids in the Project Budget Worksheet.
