Display the Roles Form

Use this procedure to display the Roles form.

To display the Roles form:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select SECURITY > Roles.
    When you access the Roles form for the first time, it displays the Getting Started with Roles page. The next time you access the form, it will display the last record or view you previously accessed.
    You can search for a group using the Find Role field at the top of the Getting Started with Roles page or on Roles List View.
    • When you select a role, the Roles Detail View displays with the GENERAL tab selected. You can view and edit the information for a single record using the available tabs. To navigate to the PERMISSIONS or ASSIGNMENTS tab, select the corresponding tab.
    • To switch to Roles List View, click at the upper right portion of the form. To return to Roles Detail View, click .
