Group Search Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to easily find and select a group from the list of available groups defined in PPM Administrator.

Field	Description
GROUP ID	This column displays the group ID.
DESCRIPTION	This column displays the group description.
MANAGER	This column displays the user ID of the assigned manager of the group.
PRIMARY ROLE	This column displays the primary role assigned to the group.
GROUP AUTHORIZED CONTROL COUNTRY	This column displays the country for which the group members can view data.

Use the grid header options at the upper right side of the grid to expand to full screen, filter the list, or export data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file by clicking the corresponding icon. For more information, see Working with Grids and Exporting Data .

Click the Select Record button at the bottom of the grid to select the highlighted group and return to the main page.
