Calendars
This item controls access to Calendars in Cobra. Disabling this item also disables all context menu items of a selected calendar file, such as opening and deleting a calendar.
If this item is enabled, all of its child items are also enabled by default. However, you can define the permissions for each item in the Calendars individually.
This item contains the following items:
Rename | Enabling this item allows you to enter a new name for an existing calendar file. |
Delete | Enabling this item allows you to delete a selected calendar period. |
Calendar Sets | Enabling this item allows you to customize labels and flags against the date set. |
Calendar Period | Enabling this item allows you to define holidays or non-working days for a calendar. |
Calendar File Properties | Enabling this item allows you to access to calendar information, such as calendar name, description, and access controls.. |
Save As | Enabling this item allows you to use the Save As function when saving a calendar file. |
