New Group General Tab
The primary system administrator's task is to define and maintain a profile for each group.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Group ID | Enter the group ID. You can enter up to 20 alphanumeric characters. |
| Group Description | You can enter a descriptive name for the group to help you sort data properly. You can use up to 50 alphanumeric characters. |
| Manager | You can select a manager from the drop-down list. |
| Primary Role | You can select a role from the list of currently defined roles in PPM Security. These roles define the type of tasks that the assigned users can perform. By default, this field is blank. |
