Users Search Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to easily find and select a user from the list of available users defined in PPM Administrator.
Field | Description |
---|---|
FIRST NAME | This column displays the user's first name. |
LAST NAME | This column displays the user's last name. |
USER ID | This column displays the user's unique ID. |
MANAGER | This column displays the user's manager. |
DEPARTMENT | This column displays the department to which the user belongs. |
PRIMARY ROLE | This column displays the user's primary role. |
DOMAIN | This column displays the user's Windows domain. |
Use the grid header options at the upper right side of the grid to expand to full screen, filter the list, or export data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file by clicking the corresponding icon. For more information, see Working with Grids and Exporting Data .
Click the Select Record button at the bottom of the grid to select the highlighted user and return to the main page.
