Users Search Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to easily find and select a user from the list of available users defined in PPM Administrator.

Field Description
FIRST NAME This column displays the user's first name.
LAST NAME This column displays the user's last name.
USER ID This column displays the user's unique ID.
MANAGER This column displays the user's manager.
DEPARTMENT This column displays the department to which the user belongs.
PRIMARY ROLE This column displays the user's primary role.
DOMAIN This column displays the user's Windows domain.

Use the grid header options at the upper right side of the grid to expand to full screen, filter the list, or export data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file by clicking the corresponding icon. For more information, see Working with Grids and Exporting Data .

Click the Select Record button at the bottom of the grid to select the highlighted user and return to the main page.
