Use this dialog box to view users who are currently logged in to a specific PPM product license.
Field | Description |
---|---|
User ID | This column displays the User ID of the currently logged in user. |
Machine ID | This column displays the machine ID of the user who is currently logged in to the PPM product. |
Product | This column displays the produ.ct to which the user is connected |
Logged In Time | This column displays the login date and time of users who are currently logged on to the EPM product.
It uses a short date format (for examples, M/d/yy, yy/mm/dd, and dd/mm/yyyy), which you configure in the Regional and Language Options tool of the Control Panel. |
Is Disconnected | This column shows whether the selected user is no longer connected (indicated by a selected check box). |
Clear Connections | Select one or more users and click this button to remove their connections while they are in a PPM product (for example, Open Plan) and record locks. A message will notify the selected user(s) that their connections and locks will be immediately removed. |
Field | Description |
---|---|
Disconnect | Select one or more users and click this button to end the user session. Clicking this button terminates the session or revokes the license of the selected user(s).
Note: Clicking this button revokes the user's license by setting the LicenseRevoked flag to
1 in their WST_ULI record. As a result, the user will be logged out of the application at the next polling interval.
This differs from clicking the Clear Connections button, which immediately removes the WST_ULI record along with any related WST_LCK records. |
You can use the grid header options to expand filter the list and download the data to CSV by clicking the corresponding icon.
