Enter Invoice and Receipt History

You can enter information about invoices and receipts that your projects generated before the installation cutoff date.

To enter invoice and receipt history, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > History Loading > Invoice and Receipt.
  2. On the Project Invoice and Receipt History form, open the project record that you want to update.

    Use the Quick Find feature, click Search to use a Lookup dialog box, or click the Folder icon beside the Search field to use a previously saved search.

  3. Complete the fields on this form.
  4. Click Save.
