Change the Workspace

You can change the workspace that you want to use within Navigator. Your access rights dictate how you can interact with the data within each workspace.

To change the workspace, complete the following steps:
  1. In Navigator, click the Workspace option.
  2. Select Employee or Project Management.
    Workspace Option Information Access Rights
    Employee Displays Timesheet and/or Expense Report information. Your role must:
    • Have the appropriate access rights for Timesheet or Expense Reports on the Navigator tab of Vision > Configuration > Security > Roles.
    • Be linked to an active Vision employee.
    Project Management

    Displays Project Management information, including: Project List, Dashboard tab, Planning tab, and Contract, Labor, Expense, and Consultant information.

    Your role must have the appropriate access rights on the Navigator tab of Vision > Configuration > Security > Roles.
