Set Up Vision Navigator to Integrate with Kona

If Vision is configured to integrate with Kona Business, you can set up Navigator to open Kona directly from within the Navigator application.

Prerequisites: Configure Kona Business on the Miscellaneous tab of Vision > Configuration > General > System Settings. See the Checklist: Configure Vision to Integrate with Kona online help topic for more information.

To set up Navigator to integrate with Kona, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Options > My Settings.
  2. Click the Connect button to connect to Kona. The Kona credentials dialog box displays, where you can enter your Kona credentials. Navigator automatically saves your entry and will connect to Kona each time you log in.
    Note: If your Kona credentials are already entered on the Misc tab of Vision > User Options, they will prefill when you click the Connect button to open the My Settings dialog box. If you change your credentials in either Vision > User Options or Navigator > My Settings, it will impact your login in both locations.
  3. To access Kona directly from Navigator, enter your Kona credentials in the following fields:
    Option Description
    Email Enter the email address that you use to log into Kona.
    Password Enter your Kona password.
  4. Click OK.
    Note: To remove the ability to automatically connect to Kona from Navigator, leave the fields on this dialog box blank.
