When you access Navigator on a tablet device, the appearance is much the same as on a laptop computer. However, primarily because of the absence of a mouse, how you interact with Navigator on a tablet device differs from how you interact with it on a laptop computer.
To enter or update data using an iOS tablet device, complete the following steps:

Tap in the field in which you want to enter or update data.
Focus is placed on the selected field, to indicate that it is ready for data entry.

Enter data using one of the following methods:

|
Tap to open the popup calendar and select a date.

| Number |
A numeric keyboard displays when focus is placed on these fields. Enter a numeric value. Alphabetic characters are not accepted.

| Text |
An alpha keyboard displays when focus is placed on these fields. Enter any combination of alphabetic characters or numeric values.
|
| Scroll |
When the current view cannot display all records, scroll indicators display to show there are records above and/or below the current list. Tap on these indicators to scroll further on the list. |
Note: When scrolling across a grid on an iOS tablet device, you must either swipe across an empty white space within the grid, or use two-finger swiping.
