Procedures
There are several different procedures to help you search for and select the project that you need.
- Show the Project List
When you log in to Navigator, the project list automatically displays at the left of the Navigator screen. You can choose to hide the project list to provide more screen space for data to display. After you do this, you can choose to show the project list at any time. - Use the Display Menu to Configure the Project List
Use the Display menu to configure your project search. You can select the type of description that displays for the project list, and the way that the list is sorted. - Select a Project
The Navigator Projects pane includes a set of default selection sets that organize the projects that you can select. You can select criteria to limit these selection sets, use the Search field to search for specific projects, or use the New Selection Set feature to create custom selection sets. - Create a New Selection Set
The Selection Set search can include any combination of selections from the filter options. You can save a search to use again, to locate the information that you need quickly. You can also edit a saved search to use as the basis for a new search. - Save a Selection Set Search
Save a new or updated selection set search. - Edit a Selection Set Search
You can edit the search criteria for a saved selection set search.
