Use the Display menu to configure your project search. You can select the type of description that displays for the project list, and the way that the list is sorted.
To use the Display menu to configure the project list, complete the following steps:

On the Navigator Projects pane, click

Select one of the following settings:

Select to display the full project listing, including the assigned image. This option is selected by default. |
| Compact |
Select to display the compact project listing, which does not include the assigned image.

| Sort by Name |
Select to sort projects by name. Navigator updates the search results list to display records by project name, in alphabetical order.

| Sort by Number |
Select to sort projects by number. Navigator updates the search results list to display records by project number, in sequential order. |
