Use these procedures for adding or deleting labor resource information on the Labor grid. You can also switch the view from hours by calendar period to a summary of hours for each resource. And, if you are planning at cost, you can switch between viewing resources at cost or billing.

Add Resources to the Resource Grid
If your Vision Security role allows access, you can add active resources to the current Navigator plan.
Delete Labor Resources from the Resource Grid
You can delete a labor resource record from the Resource grid as long as the resource record does not have any job-to-date (JTD) amount and is not included in the baseline.
Change the Resource Grid View
You can view the resource grid information in a calendar view or in a summary view.
Switch Labor Amounts from Billing to Cost
The Labor planning page may contain options that allow you to switch from displaying billing amounts to cost amounts.
Switch Resource Display from Hours to Currency Amounts
When you view data on the Resource grid, Vision Navigator displays information in hours for the selected work breakdown structure's resources. You can change this view to display the information by billing currency amounts.
