Link a Project to an Existing Kona Space

Kona is a collection of spaces that you can use to share conversations, events, tasks, and files. You can link a project to an existing Kona space and then access the space from Navigator when you display the project record.

The Change Kona Space option is only available if Navigator is configured to integrate with Kona Business in Vision and you have proper access rights. See the Checklist: Configuring Vision to Integrate with Kona online help topic for more information.

To link a project to an existing Kona space, complete the following steps:

  1. Open a project in Navigator.
  2. Complete one of the following to open the Change Kona Space dialog box:
    Option Description
    Change Kona Space Open the Plan Settings menu and select Change Kona Space to open the Change Kona Space dialog box.
    Select a Kona Space Open the Kona panel and click the Select a Kona Space link to open the Change Kona Space dialog box.
  3. On the Change Kona Space dialog box, use the lookup or search feature to select the Kona Space that you want to associate with the current project. This dialog box only displays the Kona spaces where you are a member, and you can only link one Navigator project to one Kona space. However, a Kona space can be linked to multiple Navigator projects.
  4. Click Select. The Kona space is linked to the project. When you open the Kona panel, you can select to display the space's conversations, tasks, events, or files that are related to the project.
