Use the Consultant Name Lookup

The Consultant Name lookup displays a list of consultants and their various details. This list is derived from the list of active vendors with their Type defined as Consultant in Vision. Use this lookup to select the names of consultants that are associated with the current WBS element.

To use the Consultant Name lookup, complete the following steps:

1. Click in the Consultant Name field on the Consultants Resource grid. The Consultant Name lookup displays.
2. Use the Search feature to further refine your lookup results.
3. Select one or more records from the results.
4. Click Select.
