Activate Inactive Prospect/Client Contacts

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can activate inactive prospect and client contacts from the contact card.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To activate an inactive prospect/client contact:

  1. Display the prospect card. See Display the Prospect Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Contacts .
  3. On the top toolbar of the prospect card, select Show Inactive to display inactive contacts.
  4. Select the contact that you want to activate and click Set Contact Active/Inactive on the top toolbar of the prospect card.
