Add Jobs to Pipelines

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add jobs to pipelines from the pipeline card.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To add jobs to a pipeline:

1. Display the pipeline card. See Display the Pipeline Card.
2. On the side toolbar of the pipeline card, click Convert Pipeline to Job .
3. On the top toolbar of the pipeline card, click Add Existing Job to Pipeline
4. In the Add Job to Pipeline dialog box, select a job and click OK.
