Add New Pipeline Activities

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add pipeline activities to prospects and clients from the main grid in Clients & Prospects List in CRM.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To add a new pipeline activity to a prospect or client from the main Clients & Prospects List grid:

  1. On the main toolbar, click CRM .
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Clients & Prospects List.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Activity .
  4. In the Add New Pipeline Activity dialog box, select the resource (prospect or client) to which you want to add the new pipeline activity, and specify the activity type, company, and employee responsible.
    You can also specify the date, time, and contact for the new pipeline activity.
  5. Click OK.
    WorkBook adds the new pipeline activity to the prospect card.
