Add New Pipeline Activities

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add pipeline activities to prospects and clients from the main grids in My Activities and All Activities in CRM.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To add a new pipeline activity to a prospect or client from the main My Activities and All Activities grids:

  1. On the main toolbar, click CRM .
  2. In the left navigation pane, click any of the following:.
    • My Activities
    • All Activities
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Pipeline Activity .
  4. In the Add New Pipeline Activity dialog box, select the resource (prospect or client) to which you want to add the new pipeline activity, and specify the activity type, company, and employee responsible.
    You can also specify the date, time, and contact for the new pipeline activity.
  5. Click OK.
    WorkBook adds the new pipeline activity to the prospect card.
