Add New Pipeline Activities

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add new pipeline activities from the pipeline card. Alternatively, you can add pipeline activities from the prospect card.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To add a new pipeline activity from the pipeline card:

  1. Display the pipeline card. See Display the Pipeline Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the pipeline card, click Pipeline Resource Activities .
  3. On the top toolbar of the pipeline card, click Create Activity .
  4. In the Add New Pipeline Activity dialog box, select the resource to which you want to add the new pipeline activity, the activity type, the company, and the employee responsible.
    You can also specify the date, time, and contact for the new pipeline activity.
  5. Click OK.
