Add Prospect/Client Contacts

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add contacts to prospects/clients from the contact card.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To add a prospect/client contact:

  1. Display the prospect card. See Display the Prospect Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Contacts .
  3. On the top toolbar of the prospect card, click Add New Contact .
  4. Use the fields and options in the Add New Contact dialog box to add a new contact.
  5. Click OK.
    WorkBook displays the card for the newly-created contact.
