Add Activity Lines to Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to add activity lines in price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add an activity line to a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to add an activity line to.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to add an activity line to.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to add an activity line to.
   Note: You can only add activity lines to a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click the Lines tab.
6. If you are currently in the Gantt view, click .
7. Click Add activity from a list .
8. In the Add a New Line with an Activity dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the phase that you want to add the activity line to.
9. Highlight or hover over the activity that you want to add to the price quote and click Add activity line .
10. Click Close
11. Click Refresh .
