Add All Activity Lines to Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to add all activity lines to price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add all activity lines to a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to add all activity lines to.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to add all activity lines to.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to add all activity lines to.
   Note: You can only add activity lines to a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click the Lines tab.
6. If you are currently in the Gantt view, click .
7. Click Add all activity lines .
8. You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
   Note: This is applicable for all the fields except the Material sale, Job type, Department, and Division fields.
