Add Expense Entries that are under Preparation

Use the Expense Entries under Preparation submodule to add expense entries that are under preparation.

To use the Expense Entries under Preparation submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add an expense entry that is under preparation:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Expense Entries under Preparation.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add expense entry .
    Alternatively, use the Add job number field to enter the job number of the expense entry that is under preparation that you want to add.
  4. You can edit the details of the expense entry under preparation in the Details sidebar.
