Use the Creditor Approval submodule to add new creditor approver roles. 
  
 
	  
		To use the Creditor Approval submodule, you must have access to 
		Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under 
		Settings. 
	 
 
	  
 
	  
		To add a new creditor approver role: 
		
 
	 
 
	 -  
		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Settings 
			 
.

		  If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new creditor approver role.

		  In the left pane of the Settings screen, click 
			 .

		  Click the Approval Roles tab and on the grid toolbar, click 
			 Add Role 
			 
.

		  In the Add Role dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the role that you want to add as a creditor approver and click 
			 OK.

		  You can edit the 
			 Employee field by double-clicking on it. 
		   
		  
 
			 Note: This field is not editable for all creditor approver roles.
