Add New Job Request Templates

Use the Contact New Job Request submodule to add new job request templates.

To use the Contact New Job Request submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new job request template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new job request template.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Contact > Contact New Job Request.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add a New Template .
  5. In the New Template dialog box, enter a name for the job request template that you want to add and click OK.
  6. You can edit the template by highlighting it and making the necessary edits in the right pane. You can enable fields and description forms, customize the top banner, identify clients and companies who can use the template, and so on.
