Add New Pipeline Activities

Use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule to add new pipeline activities.

To use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new pipeline activity:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > CRM Activities for Follow-up.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add new pipeline activity .
  4. In the Add New Pipeline Activity dialog box, select the resource to which you want to add the new pipeline activity, and specify the applicable contact, activity type, date and time, employee responsible, company, and pipeline.
    Note: You can also enter an activity text in the provided field.
  5. Click OK.
