Add New Pipeline Lost Reasons

Use the Pipeline Lost Reasons submodule to add new pipeline lost reasons.

To use the Pipeline Lost Reasons submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new pipeline lost reason:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new pipeline lost reason.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Lost Reasons.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add new lost reason .
  5. In the Enter a Value dialog box, indicate the lost reason and click OK.
