Add New Posting Configurations

Use the Posting Configurations submodule to add new posting configurations.

To use the Posting Configurations submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new posting configuration:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new posting configuration.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Finance > Posting Configurations.
  4. Click the Posting Configurations tab or use the drop-down list to select Posting Configurations.
  5. On the grid toolbar, click Insert Row .
  6. In the Entry Configurations & Create New dialog box, enter a name for the posting configuration that you want to add and click OK.
  7. You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
