Add New Price Quote Approver Roles

Use the Price Quote Approval submodule to add new price quote approver roles.

To use the Price Quote Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new price quote approver role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new price quote approver role.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Price Quote Approval.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add Role .
  5. In the Add Role dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the role that you want to add as a price quote approver and click OK.
  6. You can edit the Priority, Trigger Amount, Employee, and Dimension Role fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
    Note: The Employee, Trigger Amount, and Dimension Role fields are not editable for all price quote approver roles.
