Add New Prices to Subscriptions

Use the Subscription Billing submodule to add new prices to subscriptions.

To use the Subscription Billing submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new price to a subscription:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the subscription that you want to add a new price to.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription connected to the item that you want to add a new price to.
5. In the bottom grid, highlight the subscription item that you want to add a new price to.
6. On the grid toolbar, click Open Sidebar .
7. In the sidebar, click the Subscription Price Matrix tab and click Add Price .
8. You can edit the Qty and Price fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
