Add New Quick Ticket Templates

Use the Ticket Quick Create submodule to add new quick ticket templates.

To use the Ticket Quick Create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new quick ticket template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new quick ticket template.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add row .
  5. In the Create New Quick Ticket Template dialog box, enter or select the applicable options for name, job, and ticket type.
  6. Click OK.
