Add New Rate Tables

Use the Rate Table tab under the Currency Codes and Rates submodule to add new rate tables.

To use the Currency Codes and Rates submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new rate table:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new rate table.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Currency Codes and Rates.
  4. Click the Rate Table tab and on the grid toolbar, click Add new rate table .
  5. In the Add Currency Rate dialog box, select a currency from the drop-down list and enter a name on the provided field.
  6. Click OK.
  7. You can edit the Name field by double-clicking on it.
