Add New Required Creditor Approver Resource Fields

Use the Creditor Approval submodule to add new required creditor approver resource fields.

To use the Creditor Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new required creditor approver resource field:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new required creditor approver resource field.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Creditor Approval.
  4. Click the Changes Requiring New Approval tab and on the grid toolbar, click Add Required Resource Field .
  5. In the Add Field Requiring Approval dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the field that you want to add and click OK.
