Add New Required Resource Fields Approver Roles

Use the Required Resource Fields Approval submodule to add new required resource fields approver roles.

To use the Required Resource Fields Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new required resource fields approver role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new required resource fields approver role.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Required Resource Fields Approval.
  4. Click the Roles tab and on the grid toolbar, click Add New Approver .
  5. In the Add Role dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the role that you want to add as a required resource fields approver and click OK.
  6. You can edit the Priority, Employee List, and Resource Type, and Limit to Employees Created in Company fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
    Note: The Employee List, Resource Type, and Limit to Employees Created in Company fields are not editable for all required resource fields approver roles.
