Use the Sales Invoice Approval submodule to add new sales invoice approver roles. 
  
 
	 
		To use the Sales Invoice Approval submodule, you must have access to 
		Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under 
		Settings. 
	 
 
	  
 
	  
		To add a new sales invoice approver role: 
		
 
	 
 
	 -  
		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Settings 
			 
.

		  If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new sales invoice approver role.

		  In the left pane of the Settings screen, click 
			 .

		  On the grid toolbar, click 
			 Add Role 
			 
.

		  In the Add Role dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the role that you want to add as a sales invoice approver and click 
			 OK.

		  You can edit the 
			 Priority, 
			 Trigger Amount, 
			 Employee, 
			 Dimension Role, and 
			 Limit to Invoice Type fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field. 
		   
		  
 
			 Note: The 
				Trigger Amount, 
				Employee, and 
				Dimension Role fields are not editable for all sales invoice approver roles.
