Add New Schedules for Notification Processes

Use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule to add new schedules for selected notification processes.

To use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new schedule for a notification process:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the notification process that you want to add a new schedule to.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
  4. Highlight the notification process that you want to add a new schedule to.
  5. In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab and click Add Schedule .
  6. You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
