Add New Subscription Dimensions

Use the Subscription Billing submodule to add new subscription dimensions.

To use the Subscription Billing submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new subscription dimension:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the subscription that you want to add a new dimension to.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
  4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription that you want to add a new dimension to.
  5. Click the Dimension tab and on the grid toolbar, click Add New Item .
  6. In the Add Dimension to Subscription Agreement dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the dimension that you want to add and click OK.
  7. Use the drop-down list of the dimension that you just added to select the applicable value.
