Add New Subscriptions

Use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to add new subscriptions.

To use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new subscription:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new subscription.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
  4. Click the Billing Setup tab and on the grid toolbar, click Add New Item .
  5. To edit fields, double-click on them.
