Add New Task Resource Booking Approver Roles

Use the Task Resource Booking Approval submodule to add new task resource booking approver roles.

To use the Task Resource Booking Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new task resource booking approver role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new task resource booking approver role.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Task Resource Booking Approval.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add Role .
  5. In the Add Role dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the role that you want to add as a task resource booking approver and click OK.
  6. You can edit the Priority, Trigger Amount, and Employee fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
    Note: The Trigger Amount and Employee fields are not editable for all task resource booking approver roles.
