Add New Task Resource Completion Approver Roles

Use the Task Resource Completion Approval submodule to add new task resource completion approver roles.

To use the Task Resource Completion Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new task resource completion approver role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new task resource completion approver role.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Task Resource Completion Approval.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add Role .
  5. In the Add Role dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the role that you want to add as a task resource booking approver and click OK.
  6. You can edit the Priority, Employee, Limit to Task Priority, and Limit to Ticket Type fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
    Note: The Employee field is not editable for all task resource completion approver roles.
