Add New Allowlist Rules

Use IP Allowlist Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to add allowlist rules.

To use IP Allowlist Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add an allowlist rule:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add an allowlist rule.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > IP Allowlist Setup.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Allowlist Rule .
  5. In the Create Allowlist Rule dialog box, enter the network address and click OK.
