Add Resources to a Team

Use the Teams submodule to add resources to selected teams.

To use the Teams submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a resource to a team:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the team to which you want to add a resource.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Teams.
  4. Click the Team Matrix tab.
  5. Highlight the resource that you want to add to a team and select the corresponding check box under the team that you want to add it to.
